Service

DENTSTAL has a well-established service system that includes all types of warranty and post-warranty services, such as: installation, fault diagnosis, repair of large and small dental equipment. DENTSTAL-Service is distinguished by the quality of work, meeting deadlines, a wide choice of components and spare parts from world famous manufacturers.

Terms of warranty service and repair

To replace parts under warranty, you must provide the following documents:

1. Defective act indicating the model, serial number of the equipment and the nature of the defect.

2. Certificate with the date of installation and serial number of the equipment.

3. A document confirming the purchase of equipment (waybill, invoice).

4. Photograph of the faulty node. - Send information on replacement/purchase of parts to e-mail: dentstal@ukr.net

To transfer the equipment for diagnostics, you must provide the following documents:

1. Completed repair card.

2. Defective act indicating the model, serial number of the equipment and the nature of the defect.

3. Document confirming the purchase of equipment (waybill, invoice) - dentstal@ukr.net

It is possible to leave the master to the place in case of breakage of large equipment (dental unit, X-ray equipment).
