DESCRIPTION:

• Bonding Dentstal Very Best - is a thick substance with a slight tarry odor, insoluble in water.

APPLICATION:

1. Cleaning.

• Clean your teeth with pumice stone and water. Air dry to remove grease/moisture.

2. Etching.

• Apply the digestive solution to the entire surface of the bonding. Digestion solution can be applied in swabs. Do not touch the applied digestion solution for 20 seconds. For anterior teeth and teeth with a high fluoride content, an etching time of 90-120 seconds is recommended.

3. Washing.

• Rinse thoroughly with water. Air dry to remove grease/moisture. The etched enamel should have the color of white chalk.

4. Bonding.

• Apply one or two drops of Photo Resin Bonding Resin to the blending paper. Apply a thin layer of resin to the etched enamel. The bonding resin can be processed immediately to minimize bracket movement. Saliva contamination can be cleaned by wiping with alcohol.
• The bond can then be strengthened by applying a thin layer of bonding resin to the metal bracket mesh liner and irradiating for 10 seconds before applying the paste.
• Apply the paste to the base of the bracket.
• Place the bracket on the tooth and press lightly, avoid using too much pressure to prevent the paste from being squeezed out from under the bracket.
• When using metal braces, direct the photopolymer lamp from the gingival margin and incisor margin, irradiating for at least 15 seconds in each direction.
• Irradiation can be performed directly with the use of ceramic or field carbonate brackets for 20 seconds.
• The orthodontic archwire can be attached immediately after irradiation in an appropriate manner.

5. Brace removal.

• To remove the bracket, use a burr to remove the ligature from the adhesive on the dentin/enamel surface and separate the bracket from the surface.
• Any residual resin can be removed with a scaler.

MEASURES AND WARNING:

• Untreated polymer materials may cause redness. Wash your hands after using the material.
• Do not use material at elevated temperatures or intense light.
• Digestion solution contains 37% phosphoric acid, which can harm the skin and eyes.
• In case of contact with skin, wash off with water.
• In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water and seek medical attention immediately.

STORAGE:

• The bonding material is intended for use at room temperature.
• Kits can be refrigerated to extend shelf life.
• Do not store materials near products containing eugenol.
• Shelf life is two years with appropriate use.
• Do not use after the expiration date.
• Storage temperature from +3 to +24°С.
